These terms govern your use of the Supply Air store and your purchases from Nice Supply LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Supply Air is a brand operated by Nice Supply LLC, located at Nice Supply LLC, 12201 Elmwood Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Nice Supply LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from our store.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We do our best to describe and price products accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content are error-free. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it's placed — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge your method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which are part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access data that isn't intended for you.
8. Intellectual property
The site, including its content, logos and design, is owned by Nice Supply LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nice Supply LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nice Supply LLC harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll revise the “last updated” date above.
