Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum. We build shipping into our prices, so what you see is what you pay — there are no added shipping or handling fees at checkout.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our facility in Cleveland, OH. Most ground deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the continental United States. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or shipping to a PO Box and want to confirm options, just contact us before ordering.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes — our packing and shipping supplies are American-made, and our cushioning line is made in Cleveland, Ohio.
Can I order in bulk or get a wholesale price?
Absolutely — bulk and recurring orders are a big part of what we do. Email supplyair@nice-supply.com with the items and quantities you need and we'll put together a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure Stripe checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email supplyair@nice-supply.com within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.
