Our 30-day return policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To protect all our customers, items must be unopened and in resalable condition — opened rolls, used tape and similar consumed goods can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email supplyair@nice-supply.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear. Refunds cover the product price; original orders shipped free, and for non-defective returns the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us. Email supplyair@nice-supply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping — at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can usually only make changes before your order has shipped.
