Free shipping on every order — here's how and when your supplies arrive.

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. We build the cost of shipping into our product prices, so the price you see is the total you pay — there are no separate shipping or handling charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

We ship from Cleveland, OH via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx, selecting a reliable ground service for each order. Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your distance from Ohio. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as transit can be affected by weather, carrier delays and peak periods.

Shipping area

We ship throughout the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options and timing.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your door. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email supplyair@nice-supply.com within 7 days of the delivery date (with photos if there's damage) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
