Description

Supply Air 8x5x5 Corrugated Shipping Boxes are constructed from single-wall corrugated cardboard with a 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating. Each box measures 8 inches length × 5 inches width × 5 inches height interior dimensions. The boxes are manufactured from natural brown kraft material. The construction consists of a die-cut corrugated blank that folds into a Regular Slotted Container (RSC) configuration. The RSC design features four flaps on top and four flaps on bottom that meet at the center when closed. Each flap measures half the width of the box. The boxes ship and store flat (knocked down) to minimize dimensional weight and storage space. Assembly process: fold the side panels upward along the score lines, fold the bottom flaps inward so they meet at the center, and secure with packing tape. The single-wall corrugated medium provides a cushioning air gap between the inner and outer liners. The boxes accommodate items measuring up to 8×5×5 inches. Natural kraft exterior accepts stamps, labels, and handwritten addresses. The cardboard surface is compatible with standard shipping labels, barcode stickers, and inkjet/laser-printed labels.
