Highlights
- DIMENSIONS: Each corrugated box measures 20 inches length × 20 inches width × 15 inches height when fully assembled into the standard RSC (Regular Slotted Container) configuration. Interior usable space accommodates items up to approximately 19.5 × 19.5 × 14.5 inches
- MATERIAL: Constructed from single-wall corrugated cardboard consisting of three layers—one fluted medium layer bonded between two kraft linerboard sheets. Exterior finish is natural brown kraft paper
- STRENGTH RATING: 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) certification indicates the corrugated board withstands 32 pounds per linear inch of compressive force applied perpendicular to the flute direction during vertical stacking
- CONSTRUCTION: Standard RSC design with four interlocking flaps on top and four on bottom. Boxes ship flat (knocked down) and fold into assembled form without requiring tape or adhesive for structural integrity during assembly
- QUANTITY: Available in multiple pack sizes—10, 12, 20, 50, or 100 boxes per pack. Each pack ships as a flat bundle with boxes nested together to reduce dimensional volume during storage and transport
Description
Supply Air 20x20x15 Corrugated Shipping Boxes are constructed from single-wall corrugated cardboard with a 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating. Each box measures 20 inches in length, 20 inches in width, and 15 inches in height when assembled. The boxes ship flat (knocked down) and fold into a standard RSC (Regular Slotted Container) configuration. The exterior is brown kraft paper. Each box features four flaps on top and four flaps on bottom that interlock when closed. The corrugated construction consists of a fluted medium layer sandwiched between two linerboard sheets, creating a three-layer structure. Boxes accommodate items measuring up to 19.5 x 19.5 x 14.5 inches when accounting for interior clearance. The flat-fold design reduces storage space requirements before assembly. These boxes are manufactured in the United States. The 32 ECT rating indicates the cardboard can withstand 32 pounds per linear inch of compressive force applied perpendicular to the flute direction. Assembly process: fold bottom flaps inward, fold two outer flaps down first, fold two inner flaps over to create the base, repeat the same sequence for the top after loading contents. Available in multiple pack quantities to accommodate different volume needs. Each pack ships as a flat bundle with boxes nested together.
