Each box is constructed from kraft-colored corrugated fiberboard with a 32 ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating. The boxes ship flat and assemble by folding along scored lines and sealing the bottom flaps with tape. The single-wall construction consists of one layer of fluted corrugated medium between two flat linerboard sheets. Each box weighs approximately 0.9 pounds.
