Supply Air Poly Bubble Mailers measure 9x12 inches interior and feature a coextruded polyethylene film exterior paired with a bubble-lined interior. A self-sealing adhesive strip runs along the flap, closing the mailer by pressing the flap firmly against the body without requiring additional tape or fasteners. The interior bubble layer consists of encapsulated air pockets that compress on impact to reduce force transmission to contents. The polyethylene film construction accommodates items measuring up to 9x12 inches in length and width. Each mailer weighs approximately 0.10 pounds. The closure adhesive activates on contact when pressure is applied to the folded flap. The exterior film is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) coextruded with linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) to create a moisture barrier. The bubble layer is laminated to the interior surface of the film using heat-seal lamination. Mailers are produced in China and are available in multiple pack quantities to accommodate varying volume requirements.
