Each mailer measures 10 inches wide by 13 inches long interior usable space. A self-sealing adhesive strip closes the mailer by pressing the flap down—no additional tape or moisture required. The mailer weighs approximately 0.12 pounds per unit. The construction uses a dual-layer laminate: the outer polyethylene film is heat-sealed to the inner bubble sheet along all four edges, creating a continuous seal. The peel-and-seal strip adhesive is pressure-activated acrylic. The bubble cells are individually formed polyethylene pockets, each measuring 3/16 inch diameter. Manufactured in China. Available in multiple pack quantities to accommodate different volume requirements.
