Each mailer measures 12 inches wide by 19 inches long interior usable space. The exterior consists of 60 gsm kraft paper. A self-sealing adhesive strip runs along the envelope flap, closing the mailer by pressing the flap firmly against the body without requiring water or additional tape. The mailers accommodate items measuring up to 11.5 inches by 18.5 inches to allow clearance for the seal. Each individual mailer weighs approximately 0.18 pounds. The bubble layer creates a cushioning barrier between the contents and external surfaces. These mailers ship flat and open by pulling apart the flap along the top edge.
